How quickly can I get started?
Get up and running quickly with our intuitive process. On the website header, in the top right corner, you can find the button “Get Started Now”, which will guide you through the sign-up process.
How long am I committed to your platform once I start?
You have the flexibility to opt out of the platform at any time with just one month's notice.
How many chargers do you support?
All charger models from our hardware partners are supported out of the box. You can seamlessly add an unlimited number of these chargers through our backend.
How do I get paid?
In the backend, you'll find a button to receive your payment. If left unclicked, you'll automatically receive payment every 14 days.
How much support do I have?
Our charging stations are under 24/7 surveillance, supported by a dedicated customer service team available via chat, phone, or email for immediate assistance.
Which currencies do you support?
We facilitate transactions in all major currencies and can readily add new currencies upon request.
Can I set the kWh rate price myself?
Yes, after you create an account on our platform, you can set kWh prices in the backend. We also support dynamic pricing, so you can segment kWh prices each hour of the day.
